Someone checks that a supplier, workshop or item is genuine, present or as promised.
Someone looks for a part or product across shops and reports prices and stock.
Someone visits a flat or place for you and shows you what they find.
Someone takes a job off your plate, such as staying until a repair is finished.
Something else? Describe it in your own words, such as "Be at my shop 4–6pm and supervise the AC installation."
A finished task comes back with a written report, a timeline and photographs or notes from the location. When the person checks in, Relay records where their phone was at that moment and how accurate the reading was. Relay does not track anyone continuously.
You agree the price directly with the person doing the task and pay them directly. Relay takes no payment and no cut during the test. Only you can mark a task as finished, after you have seen the proof.
Relay does not promise a delivery time, insurance or a refund, and it does not hold your money. A visit shows what was there on that day. It is not a legal, financial or technical audit.
Photographs from your task are seen only by you, the person doing the task and our operations team.
