How Relay works

You say what needs doing and where. A person takes the task, updates you as it moves and leaves proof. You decide when it is finished.

Relay is not open to everyone yet. This is how the small test in Ludhiana will work. Email us if you need something done.

If you need something done

1. Write what you need and where. For example: "Find a 6204ZZ bearing near Gill Road and compare 3 shops on price."
2. Set your budget and when you need it. The budget is a guide. You agree the final price with the person.
3. Follow the updates. You see on the way, arrived and working as they happen. The person's phone number appears once they accept.
4. Read the proof, then finish. Mark the task complete, or report a problem. Our operations team reads every report.

What proof you get

• A written report in plain words, including anything that could not be done.
• A timeline of each step.
• Photographs when they can be taken, with location data removed from the stored image.
• The location the person's phone reported when they checked in, with its accuracy.

How paying works

You and the person agree the price and settle directly. Relay does not collect or hold money and takes no cut during the test. This also means Relay gives no payment protection, so agree the price before the work starts.

Your phone number

People browsing open tasks do not see your number. It goes to the one person who takes your task, so that they can coordinate with you, and our operations team can see it.

If you want to do tasks

We are looking for a few reliable people in Ludhiana for small paid errands, such as checking stock and visiting shops. You choose the tasks you want and agree the price with the customer. Relay takes no cut during the test. We would need to meet you and see your ID first. Email us.

If something is wrong

If anyone is in danger, call 112 first. Then report it from the task. You can also block someone on a task so you are not matched again.
